DIRA raspberry puree
40ml
Raspberry vinegar
10ml
Pepper & Salt

Preparation

Prepare the raspberry dressing: stir olive oil with the raspberry vinegar.

Season with pepper and salt. In the end add the raspberry puree.

Cut the Chinese cabbage in fine strips right before serving, mix with pineapple chunks.
Sprinkle some raspberry dressing on the plate.
