I am Jochem. I have always loved to work in the food sector. My experience in fresh fruit has been helpful in the sales positions I held at Konings Beverages and at Dirafrost. An entrepreneur, that is how people describe me and I guess that is why Business Development is a good fit for me.
For Dirafrost, I started working as Business Development Manager and I gradually took more responsibility. This is the exciting thing about Dirafrost & Agrana: people get the chance to grow in this company, and the company grows with the people.
Since 2014 I am Sales & Business Development Director. I am in charge of the sales strategy and it is my responsibility to coach our sales team to bring continuous value to our customers.
