I am Jo and I joined Dirafrost in 2013. With my background in marketing, I am in a good position to ask questions to customers, understand their needs in terms of quality, and translate these into action points or our quality team. In other words, my role is an intermediate role between our customers and our quality team. The challenge is to use customer quality insights to work on continuous improvement of our quality & processes. This is how we create value from a quality point of view.
