I am Arnaud. It may sound old, but you could call me a Dirafrost-veteran. I have been working for Dirafrost since 1999 as Account Manager for France, so I have an in-depth knowledge of the French foodservice and bakery market. The “réseau RHD” as we call it in France.
My long experience in frozen fruit in France has given me a helicopter view of the market. This helps my customers to make balanced decisions about the fruit products in their portfolio.
